Matt Radbone

  • Came from Aldinga in 1995 and played A grade until 2008.

  • Total of 228 “A” grade games and 76 Reserves games for Willunga

  • Best A Grade Team Man Award 2008

  • Inaugural Open Female Coach for Willunga Football Club in 2017

  • Played in three A Grade Grand Finals in 2000, 2001 and 2002 without a win

  • Played A and Reserves in 2003 and was in the Premiership Reserves side

  • Played in five Premiership A grade side from 2004 to 2008

  • Joined the Committee in 2007 for two years

  • Played seven years of Reserves from 2009 before retiring after the 2016 season

  • Was the Reserves runner in 2013 and 2014 and Assistant Coach in 2014 then Co-Coach with Paul Roberts in 2015 and 2016

  • Life Member of Willunga Football Club since 2007

  • In 2008 became first Willunga player to earn Great Southern Football League Player Life Membership 

 

Inducted into Willunga Hall of Fame 2017
