Not one to rest on his laurels, 2019 WFC club person of the year Craig Martin has started the year with a bang, raising $1,200 for the footy club at the Fleurieu Beer Festival held on the weekend.
Ably assisted by wife Christine (behind every great man....) and an elite group of WFC volunteers the BBQ stall was a huge success.
Early reports suggest the WFC BBQ was the stand out vendor at the event. We've even heard rumours that Uber Eats are investigating pathways to secure an exclusive supply contract for Craig's Coleslaw Burger which was a distinct hit with the punters.
When asked about the Uber rumours Craig replied "Why would I be interested in being exploited by a multinational corporation when I can be exploited by people who love me?"
