Seeking Chef/Cook - Dinner Service 2-3 nights per week

Willunga Football Club is seeking a Cook/Chef for Dinner Service for remainder of 2021 and/or beyond.
2-3 nights per week. Wednesday, Thursday (Main Service), Saturday and some Sundays. During football season late March to October.

Basic meals within the $15-20 range. Snitzels, Fish and Chips, Burgers, Pastas etc

Terms of renumeration to be negotiated. Hourly award rate or Lease option(s) available.

Assistance with kitchen duties provided by volunteer roster.

Desirable Requirements

- Have a professional outlook in the workplace and show an invested interest in building up the club's turnover.

- Experience with the management of food service, staff supervision, stock control, supplier management and food and beverage

- Completed HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training. Covid-Marshall Certification

- A valid Police Clearance (dated no more than 6 months), or the ability to obtain one for work.
