Vale Brad Reseigh…

Updated: May 21, 2021

Sadly we have lost another member of our club much too soon.

Past member, coach and administrator, Brad Reseigh passed away on Monday morning (28 Sept 2020) after a long battle with cancer, aged 62.

Brad, who was originally from Tailem Bend, came to Willunga in 1982 to take the role of Assistant District Clerk of the Willunga Council.

He was the Junior Colts coach in1988 and took them to second spot in the competition. In 1989 and 1990, Brad also coached the Senior Colts to back to back Premierships.

Brad was a member of the Demons Club, a keen volunteer and played Cricket for Willunga CC.

In 2004, Brad took on the WFC Treasurers role which he held until 2010 making him the longest serving Treasurer in the club’s history. Brad’s most notable involvement was during our ‘Six in a Row’ premiership years and the club was extremely stable during that period. Brad was certainly a driving force in modernising the Treasury function of the Club.

Brad was inducted as a Life Member of Willunga Football Club in 2010

His laugh will be missed, Vale Brad Reseigh…
